Repeat Prescriptions
You can request a repeat prescription in four ways.
- Order online by clicking here or click here for registration information.
- By handing your repeat slip at the desk in the repeat prescriptions box.
- By sending it in the post with a stamped self-addressed envelope.
- By faxing it to us on 0207 823 5062.
Make sure you tick the medication required and please allow 24 hours normally to process your request.
We are unable to accept repeat prescription requests by telephone.
Antibiotic Prescribing
As part of good clinical practice we only prescribe antibiotics when appropriate to do so. Many cases of, for example, sore throats, earache and coughs are caused by viruses and do not respond to antibiotics. These conditions will resolve with time and the use of symptomatic treatment. We are always happy to review you if the symptoms persist.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
